- The Process: Our infrared heaters penetrate deep into the existing asphalt, softening it back to a workable state (around 175°C). We then rake in a small amount of fresh hot-mix and compact it.
- The "Seamless" Advantage: Unlike traditional repairs that leave a "cold joint" (the seam where the new patch meets the old road), our process thermally bonds the two together.
- Why it Matters: A seamless repair is watertight. Since there’s no seam, water can't get in, freeze, and pop the patch out next winter. It’s a permanent part of your road, not just a plug.
